Yoga for a Stressed Economy!

Imagine yourself...
calm in the midst of all the chaos.

Imagine yourself...
able to find meaning in spite of all the confusion.

Imagine a tranquility...
independent of the conditions you find yourself in.

Your body is your first home.
Take the time and begin to create a sanctuary inside your own awareness, one you can carry with you as you move through these demanding times.

Cathy Iacobazzi began practicing yoga in the late 70’s. She has a wealth of knowledge in this ancient science that comes from more than 30 years of experience. Her classes focus on strength and flexibility and emphasize the mind/body connection that allows you to tap into your own inherent wisdom. Her teaching is practical and grounded, providing you with the tools you need to discover patterns of limitation and the most effective ways to change. She believes that every individual can find their way to physical and emotional health, and spiritual and mental clarity if they develop and listen to their own, deep authenticity. How to use yoga as the key to personal transformation is the most important aspect of her classes.

Cathy has completed numerous teacher trainings in various traditions with internationally known yoga instructors Shari Friedrichsen and Ana Forrest. She has developed the intuitive ability to see how a person's conscious awareness and subconscious patterns are established in their physical body, either contributing to health and well-being or adding to discomfort and dis-ease. Rather than instructing by formula or doctrine, Cathy’s teaching is dynamic and inspired by what students actually need as they respond to the challenges of life.
